SIASU WOMEN’S HI-TEA 2025: A RETURN AFTER SIX YEARS

On February 8th, 2025, the SIASU Women’s Hi-Tea was held after a six-year pause, bringing members together for a long-awaited in-person event.

The programme featured a talk on the importance of Wills and Lasting Power of Attorneys (LPAs) by Ms Low Seow Ling of Emre Legal LLC, providing valuable legal insights relevant to personal and family planning. The afternoon also included a performance by well-known stand-up comedian Kumar, adding a lighthearted element to the occasion.

After a six-year hiatus, the Hi-Tea marked a meaningful return to in-person connection and dialogue. It also reaffirmed the importance of maintaining strong community ties and shared spaces for engagement across the membership.
