A workshop on "Co-operative Labour Management Relations" was held from 26 - 29 June 1995 in Surabaya. It was attended by twenty officials - seven management staff of the company and 13 executive council members of SIASU.
It is to be a watershed event that will help to forge a common identity of the employees with the company and thus bring about harmonious industrial relations between the Union and the Company.
The workshop was so successful that a similar one was organised for the rest of the Executive Council, delegates and branch representatives. • Build upon a climate of trust
